Mr. Walshok completed his undergraduate work at Hamilton College, obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1999.  He went on to attend California Western School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor Degree magna cum laude in 2007.  While in law school, Mr. Walshok served as an Associate Writer and Associate Editor of the California Western Law Review and International Law Journal and received an Academic Achievement Award in Federal Income Taxation, an Academic Merit Scholarship, and the Brigadier General John R. DeBarr Scholarship for Creative Legal Problem Solving.  He also worked for the California Innocence Project. In 2008, Mr. Walshok was admitted to the State Bar of California. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, where he serves on the Children at Risk committee.  He is also a Class "A" PGA Golf Professional and was voted the PGA Junior Golf Leader of the Year by the San Diego Chapter in 2003.  Mr. Walshok's practice areas include personal injury and general civil litigation.
