Mr. Todd completed his undergraduate work at the University of Southern California, graduating in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He went on to California Western School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor Degree cum laude in 1986. While in law school, he served on the Executive Board for the California Western Law Review. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986 and the Nevada Bar in 1996. Mr. Todd served as President of the San Diego County Bar Association in 2003, and as President of the San Diego Defense Lawyers Association in 1998. He is currently the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for San Diego Teen Court, Inc., and is on the Board of Trustees at First United Methodist Church, San Diego. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Legal Committee for the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce and acts as Pro Tem Judge for the San Diego Superior Court, Small Claims Division and for the San Diego Superior Court Settlement Panel. With more than twenty years experience handling civil lawsuits on behalf of business and individuals, Mr. Todd practices in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis in business, malpractice, real estate, insurance and injury disputes.
