Ms. Stein completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, graduating cum laude in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism and a minor in Spanish.  In 2006, Ms. Stein received her Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida College of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Stein received Book Awards in Legal Drafting and Trial Practice, was a Senior Board member of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy and was a member of the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court team, earning the award of Best Brief and Second Place team for the Southeast region in the Thomas Tang moot court competition.  She was admitted to the State Bar of California and the Southern District of California in 2007, and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association Section on Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law.  Ms. Stein is proficient in written and spoken Spanish and practices in the areas of Civil and Trust and Probate Litigation.
