Mr. Servais completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English at the University of San Diego with a minor in Psychology. He went on to attend California Western School of Law on a Academic Merit Scholarship, graduating cum laude in 2005. While in law school, he externed for U. S. District Judge Howard McKibben (N.V. Dist.), U. S. Magistrate Judge James Stiven (S.D. Cal, Ret.) and at the white collar crime division of the U. S. Attorney's Office in San Diego. Mr. Servais also served on the Roger Traynor moot court team and received Academic Achievement Awards in Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure and for his Scholarly Writing Paper addressing the politics and economics of the illegal importation of prescription drugs from abroad. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Servais served from 2000-2002 as a Legislative Aide in the Washington, D.C. office of former congressman Jim Gibbons (NV). Mr. Servais was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005 and is licensed to practice in all California courts and the Southern and Central Federal District Courts. Mr. Servais practices in all areas and stages of litigation, including personal injury, legal liability, property disputes and trust and estate disputes. Mr. Servais has obtained several favorable results for clients through dispositive Demurrer, Anti-SLAPP, Summary Judgment and Adjudication, and Non-Suit motions. Mr. Servais is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Litigation Section, and the San Diego Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Servais also participates in the VIP Mentoring Program to provide mentoring to recent parolees and serves as a legal adviser to the Kevin V. Long Foundation, a non-profit corporation raising money to enhance the lives of those afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis.
