Mr. Juskie completed his undergraduate work at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Studies in 1986. He went on to the University of San Diego School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor Degree in 1989. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1989 and has been a member of the San Diego Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates since 2004. Mr. Juskie has also been included in The Best Lawyers in America since 2006. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice law before the Southern, Eastern, and Central District Federal Courts in the State of California. In 2001, Mr. Juskie became certified as an NFL Contract Advisor with the National Football League Players Association.  Mr. Juskie has tried a wide variety of civil jury trials, including cases involving the defense of personal injury claims, plaintiffs' personal injury claims, business litigation, probate litigation, construction defect litigation, and real estate litigation.  Mr. Juskie's clients range from private individuals and small businesses, to high profile athletes and insurance companies.  Mr. Juskie also has extensive experience consulting with and defending businesses in litigation arising out of alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and alleged violations of Proposition 65.  Mr. Juskie is a frequent speaker on litigation and trial strategies and ADA issues. He practices in the area of general civil litigation.
