Mr. Gross completed his undergraduate work at the University of California, San Diego, majoring in Political Science and graduating cum laude in 1990.  He went on to attend Hastings College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor Degree in 1993.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1993 and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.  Additionally, Mr. Gross is a member of the State Bar and San Diego County Bar Association sections on Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.  He practices in the areas of Probate and Trust Administration, Litigation, and Personal Estate and Tax Planning.  Reported Case: Ike v.
