Mr. Brown completed his undergraduate work at San Diego State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration in 1987. He went on to attend the University of San Diego School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor Degree magna cum laude in 1991. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1991, and he currently is a member of the Executive Committee of the Trust and Estates Section of the California State Bar. Mr. Brown is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the Association' s Section on Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.
