Mr. Brown did his undergraduate work at San Diego State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration in 1987. He went on to attend the University of San Diego School of Law receiving his Juris Doctor Degree magna cum laude in 1991. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1991 and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Brown is a member of the State Bar and San Diego County Bar Association Sections on Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. He practices in the areas of Probate and Trust Administration, Litigation, and Personal Estate and Tax Planning.
