Administration services include: conservatorships of the person and/or estate of incapacitated adults; guardianship estates for minors; advice concerning the funding and administration of trusts; representation of clients in probate proceedings; termination of trusts and asset distribution; preparation of federal estate tax returns; and advising trustees concerning the administration of private and charitable trusts.

Litigation services include: defending and prosecuting the validity of testamentary documents; determining entitlement to distributions; and providing representation concerning fiduciary conduct.
