Our appellate attorneys handle all aspects of civil writs and appeals in both the state and federal courts. The attorneys work closely with the client and trial counsel during all phases of the appellate process, including: initial evaluation of the merits, costs and likelihood of success; attendance at and participation in appellate settlement conferences; preparation and review of the record on appeal; drafting of briefs; and participation in oral argument.
