Deborah S. Dixon

Associate

Deborah devotes her practice to litigation in a diverse context.   Her clients include professional liability defendants, corporations, limited liability companies, developers and individuals involved in business, employment or contract related matters.  Deborah develops and implements comprehensive discovery plans for each case, prepares motions necessary to protect her client’s interest and welcomes the opportunity to take cases to trial.   She has significant experience before the California and Federal Courts, including completing multiple trials and arguing before the California Court of Appeals, Fourth Appellate District.  Deborah is active in the community, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Lawyers Club of San Diego and San Diego Defense Lawyers, an Associate with the Inns of Court, Welsh Chapter, and a member of the Alumni Board at California Western School of Law, where she is also an Adjunct Professor of Trial Skills.
