Charles Grebing and Deborah Dixon obtained a defense verdict on behalf of their lawyer client involving a deed dispute. After 4 days of trial before Judge Enright, the jury returned a unanimous defense verdict within three hours. The jury concluded, unanimously that the Plaintiff could not establish causation or damages.

Deborah Dixon Named Partner

Wingert Grebing is pleased to announce that Deborah Dixon will become a partner effective January 1, 2013. Deborah, a 2007 graduate of California Western School of Law, joined the firm as a law clerk. She has since developed a diverse litigation practice involving professional liability claims and business litigation, including employment law.

Deborah is also heavily involved in the San Diego legal community, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Lawyers Club of San Diego, the 2013 Secretary of San Diego Defense Lawyers, a Barrister with the Inns of Court, Welsh Chapter, and a member of the Alumni Board at California Western School of Law, where she is also an Adjunct Professor of Trial Skills.
