Deborah Dixon Elected to Lawyers Club Board of Directors
One of eight candidates for five seats on the board of directors for Lawyers Club of San Diego, Deborah emerged victorious in an election held May 2nd. Lawyers Club of San Diego seeks to advance the status of women in the law and in society, and is a specialty bar association comprised of female and male attorneys, judges, law students and others in the San Diego community who share the group’s interests and goals. Lawyers Club is the largest Bar organization in San Diego, other than the San Diego County Bar. Lawyers Club is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2012.
Deborah’s practice includes the defense of attorneys and other professionals, as well as business and complex litigation. She is a 2006 graduate of the California Western School of Law, where she remains an Adjunct Professor of Trial Skills. Deborah also serves on the board of directors for San Diego Defense Lawyers and in other leadership positions within the San Diego legal community.
